Cancellation policy

Introduction

Our weekly and monthly subscription service is designed to provide you with uninterrupted access to your chosen products without a fixed rental end date and affordable payment intervals. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle to ensure continuity.

Important note: Once a subscription is renewed, it cannot be canceled or refunded for the current billing period. To avoid subscription renewal, you must initiate an order return in your account that dates pickup at least one day before the subscription renewal date.

1. Cancellation after payment before delivery: Gift code pption (free):
If you decide to cancel your order after payment, you can opt for a gift voucher equivalent to the full amount of your order at no additional cost.
Please Note:

- The voucher can be used for future purchases.
- Gift codes are single-use only.
- If you do not redeem the full amount in one transaction, the remaining balance will be forfeited.


2. Cancellation after payment before delivery: Refund option (5% fee):
If you prefer to cancel your order and receive a refund to your original payment method, a 5% processing fee will be deducted to cover payment provider costs. Refund can take up to 5-10 working days depending on your bank processing time.

3. Cancellation after delivery (subscriptions only):
For customers with a weekly/monthly subscription payment plan:

- You can cancel your subscription before the start of the next billing cycle.
- Refunds are not available for the current or already-started billing period.

To manage your subscription, log into your account to view your renewal date.

4. One-time payments:
One-time payments are only refundable if canceled before delivery.
After Delivery: Refunds are not available once the product has been delivered. However, you may choose to return the product early, subject to our return policy. One-Time Payment orders cannot be extended - the rental end date is fixed.

Use case example:
You placed an order over the weekend and chose Monday for delivery. During checkout, you selected the weekly subscription option for payment. Initially, you were only charged for the delivery and pickup fee.

Your items were delivered on Monday, and you started using them. Shortly after, the weekly rental fee for your items was charged based on the rental rate. From Monday, your rental period lasts for one week (7 days), until the following Monday when the plan automatically renews.

If you want to avoid being charged for a second week, you must return the items by the end of the rental period (no later than the following Monday). For example: If you return the items after Monday and choose a pickup later in the week (e.g., Tuesday or Wednesday), the weekly cycle renews, and there are no partial refunds for unused days possible.
