Responsibilities ‍

• Conduct market research to identify potential manufacturers and suppliers
• Negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements with suppliers, ensuring competitive advantage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications, quality standards, and production timelines
• Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely production, packaging, and shipment of products
• Manage the end-to-end import process, including customs clearance, shipping logistics
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring a reliable and efficient supply chain

Requirements

• Proven experience in product sourcing, preferably in China, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with sourcing office furniture and equipment, such as monitors, office chairs, and desks, is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and secure favorable pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Proficient in managing import/export processes, including customs regulations, shipping logistics, and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and international stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a result-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
