Monis Care doesn't cover stolen, lost, or damaged devices — you’re responsible for the replacement costs. Please contact your liability insurance in order to refund you in the following cases.

  • Burglary or theft
  • Damage or loss
  • Improper usage

Improper use encompasses water damage, screen scratches, damage from transportation, and any harm not resulting from the manufacturer's defects.
